A graduate economist with more than 15 years of domestic and international business experience, Miodrag has dedicated his career to developing business structures, financial management, banking procedures, and supporting entrepreneurs.
Since 2008, he has worked with numerous local and international companies, contributing to projects in corporate governance, digital technologies, finance, and international business. Through extensive hands-on experience working with investors and business owners from various countries, he has developed a deep understanding of the challenges they face when establishing operations in a new market.
His approach is simple: find practical solutions, eliminate administrative barriers, and enable clients to focus on growing their business.
Mandalena Gajić

If there is one person who knows how to ensure documentation, deadlines, and procedures run flawlessly, it is Mandalena.
With more than ten years of experience in administration and business process coordination, she serves as a vital link between clients, public institutions, and our team. From the very first contact to the successful completion of a company registration, she ensures that every step is carefully planned, coordinated, and completed on time.
She is known for her precision, reliability, and ability to turn even the most complex administrative procedures into a clear and straightforward process for clients.

Ilija Mićić
Accounting & Audit
Ilija is a graduate economist, licensed accountant, certified authorized auditor, and permanent court expert in the field of economics, with more than two decades of professional experience in finance, accounting, and corporate governance.
Throughout his career, he has held management positions in business organizations, and since 2016, he has successfully managed his own accounting, consulting, and auditing company. He holds multiple professional licenses in the fields of accounting and auditing and has also served as a member of the Accounting and Auditing Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
His expertise provides clients with what matters most—security, compliance with regulations, and reliable financial reporting.
