Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and where applicable (e.g., in relation to users from the European Union), we also take into account the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

a) Data You Provide Directly
- Via the contact form: first name, last name, company name, email, phone number, and the content of your message/inquiry.
- Via direct contact (email, phone call, WhatsApp message): the information you provide to us on that occasion (e.g., name, contact details, inquiry details, and, where necessary, documentation required for company registration services, bank account opening, etc.).
- Data entered into the tax savings calculator, if it requires contact information to be entered in order to send results.
b) Data Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, through Google Tag Manager and connected services (e.g., Google Analytics and similar analytics/marketing technologies, if activated), the following may be collected:
- IP address and approximate location;
- device type, operating system, and browser;
- pages you visit, time spent on the Site, and source of the visit (e.g., search engine, social network);
- data collected through cookies — see Section 4 for more detail.
The Site does not intentionally collect special categories of data (e.g., health data), nor data belonging to minors.
